Either way, the healing and insights are fully integrated, and you are always in control.
9. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals and the nature of the issue you’re addressing. Some concerns respond quickly—within one to three sessions—while others benefit from deeper, ongoing work. My work is also profoundly influenced by the depth psychology of Carl Jung, whose teachings on archetypes, shadow work, and the unconscious offer a rich and powerful lens through which transformation unfolds. I also recognize the foundational contributions of Sigmund Freud, whose early work paved the way for modern psychotherapy and the therapeutic use of hypnosis.

11. Do you offer sessions online?
Yes, absolutely. I offer virtual hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom, making this work accessible to clients regardless of location. All you need is a quiet, private space, a comfortable seat or bed, and an open heart. Many clients find remote sessions to be just as effective—and even more comfortable—than in-person visits.
